To property developers: how do you search for development opportunities?

Hi all,

I'm doing a bit of research and would be interested to know the following from property developers:

What methods do you use to find development opportunities? (Brown site land, deteriorated/tired properties etc.)

I'm really interested to see what the most popular methods of search are for developers.
