Hello Friends,
Could someone please guide me to right direction.
I have purchase property long back through ARY Properties.
However, i do not have Title Of Deed currently.
Do have the SPA Original Agreement.
Could someone please guide me how to get the Title Of Deed, what is the process? Who is the direct person to communicate with in ARY Properties and/or Nakheel.
Please assist myself and others who may be having such difficulties.
P.S. I am not currently in Dubai
