A resort in Argentina is negotiating a partnership with an American real estate group. How can a title insurance speed up the deal ? Do you think the American group will be more secure with a title insurance and consider positively the partnership. Please illustrate.

Yes. Without title insurance the American real estate group will have no recourse. Since they are dealing internationally, I believe title insurance is very important for that type of partnership.
