The decision to build a major Paramount Pictures theme park in Murcia is set to boost the Spanish region’s real estate market, it is claimed.

After literally months of unsubstantiated gossip, Paramount Pictures has announced that it will be opening its first theme park in Europe with Murcia as the chosen location.

This is very good news but is medium term so we should not get too excited
At least it is being promoted at the begining of the end of the recession so that by the time it gets to be a near reality the economies of the west will be starting to grow again

So medium term it must be good news for property in this region
