Anybody knows anything about this developement. It is completing in September 2010 and I was wondering if there are any buyers on here or anyone know first hand the going rate in this developement giving the price crash of the last two years.

Yeah you are right rates are still over AED1000 PSF, I guess all sellers are sticking to their guns except if any is a distressed seller and looking to bail with as much recoup as possible.
