I've also bought on V7 (2 townhouses in block 1).
Spoke to Saffron a few weeks ago and was told Dec completion, but Azur said Oct ! Will follow up again to see what the latest situation is. Do you know anything different ?

Latest I had heard was for December completeion but that was via email from Azur back in September. I have heard nothing since.

Spoke to Saffron a few weeks ago - best guess is mid 2010. At least the resort will have progressed, which should help with rentals.
Expect a ding dong over the vat increase (+ 6% since the contract) but I think we have a strong case for some concessions with a 1yr delay !
