There have be no new regulations for a long time which help landlords - EVERYTHING seems to be aimed at helping tenants. While not all tenants are bad, neither are all landlords, so why does the government continues to hammer landlords?

How come investors seem to be the target of the politicians time and time again despite the fact they have invested their hard earned cash and taken risks along the way. About time someone started standing up for private landlords.

There seems to be an underlying trend here - bashing private landlords to clear the way for large corporations to take over?
