It's been a long while for those who reserved at the start, so after two years plus, the credit crunch, the falling pound etc.

Who is still in this and why ?

Who has pulled out ?

If you pulled out, how hard was getting your money back ?

I am still in and will wait to see the details of the contract and the rental scheme, I am also hoping the current delay will see the pound settle a bit (crosses fingers).

This part of the forum has been dead for a while, so it would be good to hear the plans of of current and former investors to this.

Hi All

I am one of the Tanjah beach and golf resort. I still did not receive my contract after more than 1 year and half after reservation.
Anyone have more up to date information. Is the project still going on? is it still a viable project?
