Tangiers football stadium

I remember reading somewhere that even after FIFA announced S.Africa to host the world cup, Tangiers went on to build the 70,000 odd capactiy football stadium anyway. From what I recall, it was due to be completed sometime this year.

Has this been finished? And has it really had an impact on the prices at all???

I'm pretty sure the stadium which is for the 2010 world cup is not yet complete its on the outskirts of the city on the road which leads to Asiliah

Its in a shell state and not complete and yes its on the way to Asilah. I cant see why it should have any affect on the prices.
