Swapping Wadi Walk purchase agreement witha completed apartment

I already have paid more than AED 300,000 for a one bed room apartment in wadi Walk, City of Arabia. Does anyone know if there is any oppurtunities to exchange it with an already comleted apartment anywhere in Dubai or abroad?
