This is a bit of a long shot but I am trying to downsize my property portfolio in Bulgaria now that I spend most of the year in France and wondered whether anyone would be interested in swapping (can add some cash to the deal) their French property or land for a renovated, furnished villa in Bulgaria - the villa is easily rentable and has been rented out for last two years. It is split into two apartments and each rents for around 150E/mth. I can arrange property management for you if you want.
