I am looking for a 1 bedroom apartment in Dubai, preferably but not esentially in the marina, completed or not.
I can offer a straight swap with my executive floor 2 bed 2 bath 1,500 sqft apartment in the Royal Breeze RAK. or my 2 bed town house on the golf course. Both ideal lets
This is front line to the sea, on the beach, with its own links golf course and marina. Go up and take a look it is very nice!
I can offer this on a basis to favour you as I have a number of these properties but also want one in Dubai/Dubai Marina so that you wil get a nicer/bigger/dearer apartment in excahnge for no additional cash or expenses.
