hi guys i have been offered 600,000 dhs for a 412 sq ft studio in jLT with parking. is the price right?

The price is excellent, but I suspect it must be Vue De Lac, Al Saqran or a similar tower with a dodgy construction schedule. Has it risen to ground level yet?

you are right it is al saqran i think the pilling is done and there is some delay in construction. is it still worth it?
