Studio in China Cluster

Hi,
I've an offer to buy a studio apartment in China Cluster of the International city.

the price which was given me to is about 140K dirhams.

do you think it's a good to go for? or should I wait for cheaper prices in the near future?

also as a newbie in properties field I want to know about the annual fees that should be paid to Nakheel or government authorities .

This is a very good price. Check if it is rented or vacant. If rented, at what rate. If you are not interested I would be willing to buy it!
Nakheel svc charges fr International city are approx 10 DHS per sq foot. Thus, for a studio it will be approx 4800 per year. Regards
