Student pods etc.

Dear All
I have been reading so much about the Student Pod and Care Home investments that I'm trying to see if I can connect with anyone who has actually purchased one and could give me any feedback as to their experience.
I just seem to be reading their great advertisements and general negative comments from 'experienced' investors, but I have not read one single comment from someone who has actually purchased one. Do any exist?
As I'm new to this site I must comment that it's real interesting and informative to listen to all who have commented.
