My name is Dolapo and I am a university student currently writing my final year research assignment. The topic of my report is to investigate the extent in which commercial property investment market was affected by the recession that started in 2008. Part of my research involves carrying out surveys which aims to find out opinions of individuals/companies on the events that happened. I would appreciate it if some of you can answer these 5 short questions so as to help me with my research.
Questionnaire
1. What were your very first thoughts in regards to commercial property investment market when the recession happened?
2. How do you feel the recession affected investment in the commercial market?
3. In reaction to the recession, what initial actions did investors take at that time regarding current and future commercial property investments?
4. In your opinion, how can one mitigate the impact on investments in the event of another recession?
5. How long do you feel the crisis period will last for the commercial market? Or do you feel the crisis is already over?
