I bought direct from developer on site my solicitor is trying to contact him
for the past number of weeks with no joy

We saw your post, thought we would reply although it is a bit late!
I'll just introduce ourselves. My name is John, my partner Joan. We bought plot 2 at St Vlad. around the same time as you. We are trying to get to know the residents at St vlad. We got to know a few people, the english guy @ plot 1, the bulgarian up the back, Nasko etc.
We had heard that an Irish fellow had bought a plot up at the back. Is that you?
