Does anyone know if an "apartemento" in South America is a condo?
It means apartment, but the sales price is about what I would expect a condo to sell for. Or do they just have co-op apartments and not condos?
Listing agent's website in in Spanish. The local agents are offering properties for a much lower price than the websites aimed at foreign investors, but then there is a language barrier thing. I speak just enough Spanish to read the ads, but not enough to know the local usage of terms.
Country is Uruguay, if that makes a diference.
