So would you guys so nice and give me a few more examples of the best available deals right now? Maybe right now, so that i can research on my own a little bit more before i close the deal. As you know, due dilligence is everything
I will be in Dubai in December and maybe i will negotiate with Galadari that i get my installments back from Wadi Tower... I might be lucky by than having some cash available to invest in more promising projects...
Something wich is available and ready to rent out would not be so bad
