Silves area-Quinta do Pateiro

I understand the QdP site has now passed planning for 600 beds (150 assorted properties)........along with Atalaia which has been allocated the same 150 beds.

Has anyone any information on these sites.?

I have buyers for individual properties all the whole lot but can find little info on the sites.
