Short term Rentals in Dubai - legal and real side

Hi all,

I wanted to post this question long time back. What's the situaltion with Short Term rentals in Dubai? I know that there are some legalities that don't allow this, but on other hand I hear a lot of people are into this business.

I also heard that Nakheel properties are better for short term lease due to some parts of contract. Emaar properties are not so good - as they have some specific parts in contract that don't allow this....???

Any insights in this matter?
