Shami Tower DSC update!!!

Hi

Does any one on the ground in Dubai inspected the progress of Shami Tower inSports City. On a recent visit I couldn't find it. Their website breduai dot com shows pics of project up to floor 3 built for the last 2 months. Has the build stoppped or stalled?

Whats my options if I want to sell it now? I have paid 85%.

I have also purchased here and have been told that the finishing date for Shami Tower has now been pushed back to June 2010. With the market the way it is there is no possibility of selling property even in U A E.

When were you told that it would be completed?

Things are still moving at snails pace. They're now around the 7th floor and unlikely to finish before end of 2011 earliest. With this in mind we are gathering as many investors of Shami Tower Dubai as possible so that we have a better chance of winning a legal case if/when we need to pursue this avenue.
