Can someone tell me is it common to sell a unit in dubai with an existing tenant?does this affect the price of the unit also?
I can see it may help to sell if u have a tenant if u are a landlord. However, alot of those people who are looking for somewhere to live would not consider somewhere with a tenat especially if the tenants contract has some time to run. Also, would a landlord buy if there was for example 6 months left on a contract? This would mean 6 months before he could earn any rental income.it is common, mainly for villas.
I think it does not affect the prices, sometimes it helps in selling.
