Selling my house in France from England

Hi,
does anyone have any advice on the best way to sell my French house without leaving England? We would really like to get our house on the market and sell it as quickly as possible but my husband works abroad and I am expecting a baby in a few weeks so do not have the time to go to France to sort it all out.

Can anyone offer any useful advice?

You might still need to go over to pick some estate agents who can than take care of it for you.
