Selling in Hurghada

Hi,
I am looking to sell my 2 bed apartment in Suleder, Hurghada. Can anyone recommend an agent who could get me a quick sale as I need the cash for a business venture back home.

Also if anyone has recently sold, can you give some details on your experience, timescales, things to look out for etc.

Contact Coldwell Banker New Homes, they are an international company that sell off plan and resale in the Red Sea.

There is a lot of interest in the Red Sea but buyers are reluctant to buy at moment due to the revolution, it is expected to pick up when the new government is elected.
