Advice please.Have a studio at DSO selling for a 20% premium after 1 year.
Has taken a while to find a buyer but finally I have one.
However,now I see most other units there going for 35/40% premium.
Some are even higher but I think they are unrealistic prices.
Should I stick with my buyer or put it back on the market for a higher price?
I don't want to lose out on more premium,then again it might be hard to find a buyer again.
Any advice?
