Hey Guys, I am new on here looking for some advice really.
I am looking to invest into France specifically at the area of Les Landes and the towns of Seignosse, Capbreton or Hossegor, and have a couple of questions.
1) whats the french market looking like in general right now and specifically down by the coast?
2) Does anyone have any good immobilier contacts?
3) I have already looked at a few properties and it seems you have the 20-30 year old apartments going for 150k for a 30m2 place, which seems a lot to me, considering the wear and tear on some of them, and then for 260k you can get an actual house fairly new, so am veering towards the latter.
It would be a place to live for now, but my work means I could have to move again in the coming years, and so it would have to be somewhere that rents out easily year round, or weekly in summer and pays the mortage itself.
I have met some immobiler people, and of course they are claiming the market is coming back, and i have a feeling that prices have stopped falling, just wondered your take on it?
Basically anyone with experience down there, I would love to hear from you.
