Searching for suggestions to enhance house plans

Good day to all I am looking for recommendations to improve anything in my proposed house plans. FYI, land size is 285sqm and the house facade is south facing and backyard is north facing (sunny most of the time). Thank you in advance!

It's a complicated one, so I would start one room at a time. I'd probably recreate this in 3d, probably in planner5d or homestyler and move from there. Is that an option for you? There are AI floor plan recognition tools available too.
