Hi All,

Does anyone have any info re the above townhouses at Jumeriah Village. I am looking at a resale 4 bed townhouse with a plot size of 4,157.00 sq ft for 3.45 m which is a 21.39% premium. I know that Bavaria are supposed to be good with top class fittings and appliances etc etc. Just wondered if that represents good value or should I look somewhere else.

Sandoval was supposed to be with top class German fittings, this is what they advertised.

Compare with other developers in the same area. Try "Mulberry Mansions " by Al Faraa. Al Faraa have a good reputation as a developer and they construct their own properties thereby maintaining quality.
