Sabina El Gouna

It is an extension of Golf West with prices from 80,000 Euro . I have a picture of the development but I do not think I have enough posts to place links yet !

I had a look at Sabina while we over and it looks as though it's going to be very nice. Lowest price is for a 1 bed at €78K. My only feeling is that it's a little far from down town, Mangroovy, etc.
