RTB - what price do I use for conveyancing quotes?

Hello

I'm in the process of Right to Buy and looking for conveyancing quotes but what price do I use for quote, the full price of the property, or the actual price I pay with discount?

Also when it comes to stamp duty, is this calculated on the full price of the property or the actual price I pay?

Any conveyance services you can recommendations please?

I would be very interested to hear your findings with regards to these questions. If you are buying the house at a discount to market value then effectively the market value is the price before the discount was applied. Do you pay stamp duty on that? It would make sense but how does it work in practice?
