Anyone on here bought in this development?
Wandering when you expect to complete and also what rental you hope to achieve either privately or through Tulip.
Not heard anything for a while and i'm interested in rental options and finance deals if anyone can help?

Hi Olimad,

Yes, we have also bought into RT7. Not heard anything since Dec 09 although there is a new newsletter on the LJDF websit but the photos are at least two months old. The Tulip leaseback scheme is certainly welcome but I suspect we are all awaiting more details on how it is actually going to work.

One of the earlier newsletters on the websit provided contact details of mortgage companies and and what rates they were offering although I suspect these are now out of date. However they did contact details. Let me know how you get along and if you find out anything interesting.

This is now expected to be delivered second quarter of 2010
delay might be a good thing as credit crunch should be nearly over by then
