Hi
I have been offered some units at Royal Oceanic tower in Dubai Marina.
What sound attractive to me was it's supposed location - between Grosvenor House and Le Meridian hotels, and 'walk away' from the beach.
The prices are at 1600 AED.
Another thing is that its meant to be finished this year.
Do any of you know that project?
Can you share any more info?
