RERA's official report on Dubai Prices & Rents

Does anyone knows when RERA (real estate regulatory authority) is going to release their official report with details on the price per Sq.Foot/District and recommended (with caps) on rent prices per area?

Any guess on what areas are going to be considered the top locations in the Dubai in terms of prices per sq.foot and in terms of rental prices per sq.foot ??

For now, Burj Dubai takes the lead. But how long this will last? .... You're in Dubai. Unfortunately i don't have any updates as when this report will be released but if you do please let me know.
