RERA's new regulations from 1st of November?

Hi everyone,

please share any news regarding the implementation of of RERA's new regulations. No media coverage so far....

Will the authorities implement all the new rules that were announced in August: land department mandatory registration, mortgage registrations, the rental index etc..??

Our landlord for example is not renewing any agreements (even due) before 1st of November as it fears the rental index and the consequences.

Rental index will be in favor of the landlord.
At the time crisis the last thing you don’t want to do is to upset the investors
