It is becoming more and more clear to me that foreign investors are experiencing issues with agents who sold them properties within the last 2-3 years, and these agents are now 'too busy' to manage these properties to a satisfactory standard.
A recent client contacted me to say that he has not recieved rent for 8 months. Upon further investigation, it became clear that the property had a tennant, but the agent did not follow up on the rental contract, and as a result the tennant did not pay rent. There is no blame with the tennant here, just bad rental management in my opinion.
I'm sure you will all agree that a property needs attention, either from a good tennant or an agent who understands the needs of its' clients.
