rental guarantee coming to a end this year!!

My 2 year rental agreement finishes in May of this year with Minc properties and I was wondering what everyone else is doing to get tenents?

Can you keep the original tenents and cut out the estate agent or do the tenents get told to leave in which case I will have to find new ones myself?

Would anyone recommend taking rental agreement again? how is demand in International city like? Can someone give advice please thanks!!

Has your tenant indicated he will be leaving?
You cant bypass the estate agent.
Best to keep this tenant if you can.If you get a new one he will be entitled to stay for at least 2 years.

I have never met the tenent I dont know who it is!

The estate agent has dealt with everything how could I get in touch with her/him?

I would prefer if they stayed even if they pay less rent!!

What will the estate agent do after 2 years? will they send the tenent a notice to leave>?

You dont need to meet your tenant.
Just ask your agent if the tenant wants to stay.
