Rental.....best bank account??

Hi There,

Forgive me if this has been repeated in another thread !!

We are going to be renting out our apartment and want to open an account specifically for rental income/bills/management fees etc. We live in the UK. Our management company are obviously over in Hurghada and hopefully will rent out for us. We will also rent out from the UK as well.

Whats the best way forward in terms of bank account?

Do we open a HSBC in the UK to use for all, or HSBC over in Hurghada for all??

I went to HSBC in Hurghada today but they were not too interested in having us open a bank sccount. Told us we can`t pay utilities by standing order other than phone bill.
