Hi all,
Could anyone point me to reliable back-dated house price data for house prices increases in the UAE available online?
I'm specifically looking for examples of where pre launch prices were at in say 2005 compared with existing prices of completed projects in 2008. For example, how much would it have cost me to buy a villa on Palm Jumeirah in 2005 compared to 2008?
It would have to be very accurate data and across multiple projects as my investors are looking for hard data to back-up the claims which are being made about property prices in Dubai doubling or tripling over a short period of time (i.e 12-24 months)
