Registration

Hi all,

Must each individual register his/her property directly with
RERA or is this done by the developer....?

I think its on developer's shoulder to register it , but they might penalise you if the developer has not registered,
There was some confusing reports as above, I checked with my developer and they said that its their head ache to get it done, nothing to worry for investors.

but the registration fee is on the individual owner of the property. and the developer only bothers to apply for registration if the servise charges have been paid in full.
