Registration Fee's in Hurghda

Can anyone tell me the Registration fee's in Hurghada. I believe there is a Stamp Duty of No more than 2000 LE. What are the other costs beside the lawyer? Court costs? Survey. Can anyone help?

I will ask my lawyer and find out for you...obviously there are the "normal" fees and the the "inflated" fees...trust me you will want to pay the "inflated" fees as waiting in queues and going backwards and forward to desk to desk is not a nice experience especially when you dont speak arabic!
I try to give an example of a similar experience in the uk to justify the cost -
think of sending a parcel to a person from london to windsor...I could
a) send it via courier...cost £50 local post - don't know if recipient will get it ontime
b) take it myself ...petrol easily £35 nowadays, plus my time and return journey

I also have to take into consideration if I have all the documentation necessary and have the means to negotiate round the BIG RED TAPE there is in Egypt!

Sorry if I sound so negative but I have been there and such cr**!
