Recommendations for a good management company

Hi All

My 1 bed apartment on dubai marina (the point development) is due for completion at the end of May and I am looking for a proactive and reliable property management company to find me a tenant (quickly!)

I am based in the UK so I need a reliable management company who can deal with everything for me with very little hassle.

Any recommendations?

A company called Exclusive Real Estate Brokers completed my snagging list and seemed very efficient - has anyone had any experience or can give any advice regarding this company?
