I heard a comment on the radio that suggested a soft landing is quite possible.
40% of all residential properties in Dubai are owned by Pakistanis (30% are owned by Indians).
If you accept that Pakistan just lurches from one disaster to another it would appear Pakistanis will contribute a lot towards propping up the Dubai market for some time to come.
