Lakeview Tower Emirates City

I got an 1 bed apartment on 25th floor in Lakeview Tower in Emirates City. The cost is 575 per sq ft. You can easily estimate price of your selected unit / tower in Emirates City.

I am also v keen on the feedback as I want to know what would be its future in the next 6-12 months?
