Its offered by 1 or 2 real estate agents.

They swap un built properties and investments in projects to something that is ready to move in.

yes i have and its a trending subject ... in fact i have contacted the one which are the most reliable and reasonable about these schemes .. smith and ken .. and the information is credible because they were on the news everywhere online ...

i suggest you give them a call too and if ure stuck with some property ... just tell them ur situation .. im sure theyll let u knw whether or not they can assist you.
