Tried searching the sub for info, but couldn't find anything super relevant.
Long, Story Short - I've been asked to go in on a couple of rental properties (houses) in Edmonton, and not super familiar with the Real Estate scene there. Have lived in Calgary my whole life and own a place here, so have seen what's going on around here. Just wondering what the outlook or recent trends have been up in Ed. Thanks a lot in advance for any info!
