Hi Guys-thanks for ur replies. Think I am set to go have even picked my plot. Just need to confirm an put down deposit. However cant get out to see the site til August but that takes me over my time limit to change my mind. And if I wait til I go I may loose my plot so its good to know u have seen the site and are happy. I have been told that Azur are looking at approx £140.00 per month service charge but other agents are saying no figure has been set. Anyone heard anything. also will this include insurance. It will they said include utilities. What sort of insurance cost are we looking at to rent out? Do we need Public Liability in case someone sues us? I have been talking to Moroccan Sands and found them very helpful. Any views?
