It's just that we received an OK offer for our property and we were wondering if we should accept it and reinvest in a number of smaller properties or hold back and see what the end of Ramadhan and the start of City Scape brings.

I don’t think market will fall but stabilize for couple of months.
Some properties might go up but some might go down.
10% increase per year is what I expect as average.
I think will take couple of months for the market to absorb the current developments.
But you never know one funny decision (like no more ordinary building in Dubai) could spark the property boom again
