Raising Deposits

Are there alternative ways to raising deposits? ie. through finance?

Not looking for the full deposit just a portion of it!

Some agents may take a credit card payment. Or get a loan off family/friend? Steer clear of the payday lender route.

There are many ways to raise a deposit of find deals that don't require any deposit at all... Have you heard of "rent to rent" investing or "lease options" to name a couple of options that can often if negotiated correctly require little or no deposit at all...

I think education is the key here as by asking how to raise a deposit tells me you need to do your research first as you will be surprised how easy investing can be given the right knowledge and education.
