Hi,
I need your help and would be thankfull for an advise.
Since the stock markets have some disadvantages I thought about buying something with a bit more security, therefore I considered real estate but thought an economy with a little crisis and some hope for a recovery in the next decade would be more lucrative. Especially some estate at a big city could gain value due to urbanisation.
After some research I found a lot near sofia in a nice neigbourhood.
Of course I know it is a long term investment and I might have to make a building in order to have a real return. Maybe one day I might want to move there. I heard the cost of living is much lower. With my german pension that might be a big advantage. But that is only the future perspective. Currently it is more about an investment.
What do you think about this lot?
